Responsibilities

• Drive HR initiatives on employee services and engagement;
• Responsible to plan, develop and execute employee engagement, relations and recognition activities to enhance employee experience;
• Manage and coordinate with all activities related to employee wellness, well-being & recreation;
• Responsible for internal communication to employees;
• In collaboration with the team, to provide services in employee benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Hotel Management or related discipline;
• With at least 3-4 years’ relevant experience, preferably in employee engagement or employee relations;
• Excellent coordination, organization, problem solving and presentation skills;
• A team player with people-orientated mindset;
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, as well as Mandarin is a plus;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
