Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle general enquiries from customers by phone calls / emails / social media
- Manage and handle customers’ feedback and complaints in a professional manner with tactful customers
- Responsible for customer orders processing and data input to the system
- Liaise with kitchen, front of house, logistics, operation and marketing team
- Prepare various reports and analysis
- Provide general clerical support and administrative support to the team
- Require lifting and manual work (outdoor work and warehouse, etc)
- Provide supports and participate in ad-hoc projects as per assigned
Requirements
- Diploma holder in Communication / Hospitality or other relevant discipline
- 1 year or above in F&B industry / customer services work experience is preferred ; Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin, additional language would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, Customer-oriented, cheerful and outgoing personality
- Efficient and polite, with a clear voice and helpful tone
- Well-organized with ability to prioritize, able to multi-tasking and manage tight schedule
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
