Responsibilities:

• Act as a Human Resources Business Partner for the designated brands
• Administer and support full employee life cycle activities from hiring, on boarding, engagement and development to off boarding for designated business units
• Provide professional HR support to the operations, including manpower planning, salary benchmark, internal movement....etc
• Maintain and update employee records in HR system
• Prepare regular payroll, final payment, leave and OT calculations and MPF remittance statements
• Assist in HRIS enhancement
• Participate in the review of HR policies, guidelines, procedures and provide feedback to cope with changes
• Provide general office administrative support, including office supplies and equipment maintenance
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferable in F&B or retail industry
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations
• Able to communicate with all levels staff (managerial and operational)
• Independent and good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
