Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs and implement learning & development program to meet the business need and development goals;
- Prepare, update and review training materials including video editing for different training classes in accordance with various requirements & purpose
- Conducting shop inspection programme to make sure standard of shop display / tidiness are all reached corporate standard
- Conducting CCTV inspection programme for real time inspection
- Handling ad-hoc project as assigned
Requirement:
- A team player and able to work independtly
- HKCEE full cert including English Syll.B or HKDSE
- Knowledge in video editing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Good command on spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate available preferred
