Job Description:

• Handle customers’ inquiries, feedback and complaints by phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Follow up order and document processing, e.g. order checking, issue quotation or invoice, etc.
• Perform general clerical duties, e.g. data entry, record management, filing, any follow up action, etc.
• Assist ad hoc duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

• F.5 / DSE or above.
• At least 1 year customer service working experience, preferred in engineering industry.
• Customer-oriented with good telephone manner.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, well organized, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Processing.
