Administrative Assistant

 Job duty:

• Responsible for office administrative and clerical support such as ordering and managing stationery, office & pantry supplies, postage & courier, etc
• Monitor and maintain office equipment & facilities
• Handle office administrative work including but not limited to data entry, documentation, filing,etc
• Greet visitors, handle incoming calls
• Perform some out-door works (cheque bank-in, posting, etc)
• Handle ad hoc assignments

 Requirement:

• Diploma or above in any related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Highly self-motivated, well organized, detail-minded, mature, responsible, and good communication skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office, English and Chinese Word Processing
