Job Description
Job Responsibilities-
- Responsible for end-to-end process of recruitment activities including posting job advertisement, identify selection criteria with each front-line management, resume screening, arranging interview, negotiating job offer;
- Manage the job advertisement , the interview arrangements and offers to be sent out to candidates;
- Liaise with front-line management to understand the hiring needs, job descriptions and specifications;
- Prepare the recruitment reports to management;
- Organize job fairs to reach and select the right candidates;
- Any ad hoc project assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in human resources management or related disciplines;
- At least 2 years solid experience in recruitment, experience in mass recruitment would be preferable;
- Mature, good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Independent, well organized, self-motivated and able to meet tight deadline;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Immediate availability is highly preferable
- Less qualification or experience will also be considered.
