Job Description

We are now inviting a creative, self-motivated, energetic and talented Human Resources Business Partner to join us.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
- Act as a Human Resources Business Partner for the designated brands
- Strengthen stakeholder management by regularly review of the respective brands’ analytics, reward benchmarking, recruitment challenges, as well as make value-added propositions to brands and standardize stakeholders' communication templates
- Become well versed of respective brands' employees performance levels
- Lead regular store visits to obtain Voice of Customer (VOC)
- Become an ambassador / host for employee engagement activities
- Partner with the other HR Centre of Expertise (COE) teams to strengthen employer branding
YOU NEED TO BE…
- Bachelor degree in human resources management or related disciplines
- At least 10 years of HR generalist/ business partner experience
- Experience in retail industry is highly preferred
- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical mind and people management skills
- Independent, proactive with positive attitude, enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
