To engage and monitor the performance of service providers/suppliers;
To compile data and prepare statistical reports;
To administer day-to-day office facilities/equipment maintenance;
To handle supplies and procurement management including sourcing, obtaining quotations and order follow up; and
To perform other duties as assigned.

DSE or above 
At least two years of relevant experience in supply and procurement and/or facilities maintenance, preferably gained from public organizations or large corporations;
Conversant use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint; 
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
Good interpersonal and organization skills; and
Responsible, self-motivated, mature and able to work independently as well as under pressure.
