Assist marketing team to implement the marketing promotion strategy and marketing plan for both the online and offline business. Promote the brand image of LiveSmart.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external parties to execute various marketing promotional campaigns.
• Assist in management of the website of the online shop, facebook and other social media.
• Keep track of consumer feedback to enhance marketing campaign.
• Assist in execution of CRM program to attract new customers and lower the customer attrition rate.
• Responsible for graphic design of marketing materials.

Job Requirements

• Tertiary education in design/advertising/multi-media or related disciplines
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator or other relevant software
• Experience in Google Analytics/ Google Ads/ Facebook Ads Manager tools
• Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Immediate available or short notice will be an advantage
