Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, preparation of employment contract and related correspondence, particularly in
- Handling payroll and performance appraisal
- Generating various kinds of HR reports
- Managing and updating database
- Assisting in ad hoc tasks and HR projects
Entry Requirements:
Study Fields：
- Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Data Analysis or related disciplines
- Preference will be given to those with experience in data management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in MS Excel, preferably with knowledge in formula setting, Pivot Tables and VBA Macros
- Knowledge in Power BI is an advantage
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances is preferred
- With experience in handling HR and administrative work is preferred
