Job Description

You will:

  • Drive and support on membership recruitment, retention and reinstatement
  • Manage members’ enquiries and complaints
  • Assist in membership data mining and update
  • Coordinate membership benefits
  • Coordinate internally and externally to organise a wide spectrum of training and membership programmes/events to cater for market needs
  • Provide secretariat support to Council meetings, Annual General Meeting, etc.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

You should have:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Relevant work experience in membership service management, training, marketing or event management is an advantage
  • Independent, detail-minded with good organisational, multitasking, time and project management skills
  • Responsible and self-motivated team player
  • Good in both English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Officer.
  • Immediate availability is preferred
Candidates who wish to work part time with flexible hours are also welcomed.


Work location: Ngau Tau Kok (3-minute walk from Ngau Tau Kok MTR station, exit A)
