Job Description
A well-established fintech company is looking for a Senior HR Specialist to support its HR team
Responsibilities
- Provided all-rounded administrative support for HR departments such as documentation support, employee record filing, meetings & events co-ordination, manage team members scheduling, organizing incoming and outgoing mails and materials etc.
- Provide HR reports and analysis to support the planning and implementation of different HR projects and policies
- Support internal HR systems and in-house HR projects
- Coordinate and prepare training program schedules, set up train venues, collect training feedback from employees etc.
- Support in C&B administration such as analyze and consolidate employee benefit data
- Office equipment co-ordination, purchase and record maintenance
- Participate in any other ad-hoc duties as required
Qualifications
- Tertiary education preferably with minimum of 4 years of administrative / secretarial working experience
- Organized and very good attention to details
- Strong sense of responsibility and service orientation
- Positive attitude, proactive, fast paced and a good team player
- Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in HR systems is a plus
- Fluent in English and Chinese
