Job Description

HR & Administrative Officer

  • Handling Payroll, recruitment & selection
  • Develop, formulate, implement and review human resources policies and procedures and ensure procedures are in compliance with relevant regulations
  • Greet and assist visitors, provide general support to visitors
  • Monitor, order, maintain office supplies.
  • Daily administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Monitor invoices
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
  • Conduct and coordinate ad-hoc administration related duties and projects as required

Requirement

  • Read/Write/Speak English & Chinese
  • Highly Self-disciplined
  • A Team Player, willing to run errands
  • Pro-active & Can-do attitude
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
  • Resolve administrative problems proactively
