Job Description
HR & Administrative Officer
- Handling Payroll, recruitment & selection
- Develop, formulate, implement and review human resources policies and procedures and ensure procedures are in compliance with relevant regulations
- Greet and assist visitors, provide general support to visitors
- Monitor, order, maintain office supplies.
- Daily administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Monitor invoices
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Conduct and coordinate ad-hoc administration related duties and projects as required
Requirement
- Read/Write/Speak English & Chinese
- Highly Self-disciplined
- A Team Player, willing to run errands
- Pro-active & Can-do attitude
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Resolve administrative problems proactively
