Job Responsibilities

• Provide all-around support in Human Resources functions, including but not limited to recruiting & onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee communications
• Provide administrative support to doctors and allied health professionals when required
• Organize company events and coordinate internal meetings
• Assist in clinic renovation, repair, and maintenance
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of HR and administration related experience is preferable
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF and other related regulations
• Good communication skills, well-organized, and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Detail-minded, willing to learn, and able to perform multi-tasks
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Human Resources and Administrative Officer
