• Partner with department heads and senior management in analyzing training needs
• Work with the management team to create succession planning to ensure the sustainability of the organization
• Prepare the training matrix and implement in all shops, coaching leaders on their training responsibility
• Be a representive for people and culture in store including the team engagement, recognition and reward
• Conduct training to develop staff’s soft skills, technical skills, coaching skills, management skills, etc.
• Continually monitor and update training materials
• Keep the training record ensure the accuracy
• Be a champion of safety at stores, result driven and drive a positive culture for team members.

• University graduates with 3+ years of Learning and Development or Talent Management related experience
• Experience in FMCG / Supermarket / Retail Industry is highly preferred
• Coaching and Leadership experience is essential
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Mature, idenpendent, ensuring the key deadline are met
• Strong communiction with stakesholders
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
