Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide general clerical support
- Handle daily administration operation
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned by superior
- Applicants with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Supervisor
Requirements:
- Form 6 or above
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in office administration in sizable companies
- Initiatives, responsible, detail-oriented, well organized and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy and participate in teamwork
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
