Job description :

• Assist operations manager in ensuring smooth business operations
• Offer assistance to office administration and business teams
• Assist with ordering, purchasing and arrangements for any events/ activities
• Preparation of purchase orders and invoices
• Documentation/ timesheet preparation, follow ups
• Provide general administrative support within the support team and to senior staff members
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients, candidates and internal staff
• Liaise with Finance team to ensure efficient payments
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager

 Requirements: 

• University students or above, in any discipline
• Year 2-3 students welcome
• 0–1 year experience, in sales support/ administration
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office e.g. Word, Excel
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Able to commit 2-3 full day/ week, up to ~ 6 months
• Immediate availability is preferred
