Job Description

主要職責

  • 負責外出文件送遞工作,包括運送重要文件到政府部門或指定銀行
  • 向運輸署提交與牌照相關的文件及申請
  • 妥善保存所有文件,並按照公司指引排序
  • 處理一般簡單文書工作例如資料輸入、影印及掃描文件

資歷要求

  • 中五或以上畢業
  • 具有一年文件處理工作經驗
  • 熟悉汽車牌照事宜優先
  • 良好粵語,略懂英文普通話較佳
  • 基本電腦操作 (如中英輸入法, MS Office)
  • 具責任感、守時、良好工作態度

待遇

  • 月薪: $6,000 – 7,000
  • 勤工獎金
  • 銀行假期
  • 工作地點: 荃灣
  • 五天工作: 星期一至星期五
  • 上班時間: 上午8時半 至 下午1時
