Eureka is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual for the above position. 

Responsibilities:

The candidate will primarily support the English department with tasks including but not limited to:

• management and filing of records
• creating word/office and excel documents
• assisting with the procurement of projects
• reception and administration relief
• assisting in the coordination of different events, e.g. workshops, seminars and social activities
• running briefings with Native English Teachers
• communicating with clients, providing relevant support and handling enquiries

Requirements:

• Bilingual in both English and Cantonese is a MUST (both written & spoken preferred)
• University degree holder or above in any discipline
• Must be independent, well-organised and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player, self-motivated and willing to take up challenges
• Preferably with 2 years of work experience in an administrative or sales role
• Presentable, approachable, outgoing and friendly
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
