Job Description:

· Responsible for employee lifecycle administration in SAP (Manage and support end-to-end employee lifecycle (ELC) administration including not limited to new hire onboarding, termination, ELC programs governance, and etc.

· Manage and support query via HR ticketing system in a timely manner

· Liaise with internal and external parties

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirement:

· Degree holder in human resources management or related discipline

· 1-2 years’ relevant experience, with payroll experience would be an advantage (Fresh graduates are also welcome)

· Good organizing, problem solving with positive can-do attitude

· Resourceful, self-motivated and results-driven team player

· Fluent in written English and Cantonese is must

· Experienced in global HRIS and ticketing system would be an advantage

· Immediately available is highly preferred
