- Responsible for preparation of tender, sales and budget reports, cost sheet, project schedule etc.
- Responsible for negotiation with vendors in pricing and delivery schedule
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team
- Liaise with Internal Finance and Accounting Department
Requirements:
- High diploma or above
- Basic construction knowledge is preferred
- 3 year or above sales administrative support working experience
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
