Job Description:

• Manage the office administration system to ensure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness
• Assist of general administrative duties such as managing office supplies and equipment
• Arrange maintenance works for office facilities and equipment
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Handle daily administrative works including prepare petty cash record and filing, etc.
• Review service contract and liaise with suppliers or outside parties
• Prepare monthly report to supervisor
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as required

Job Qualifications:

• Diploma or above
• At least 2 years’ experience in a clerical role/admin role in Hong Kong
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• Good computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Extrovert, disciplined, able to work multi-task, problem solver
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is preferred
