Job description and responsibilities
- To provide all levels support to the Managing Director;
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, arrange appointments, travel & accommodation;
- Handle correspondence, routine letters and e-mails;
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments from time to time as required.
Job requirements
- Form 5 or above with formal secretarial training;
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience;
- Good command of spoken/written English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Well-organized & good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good manners, Self-motivated & willing to learn and work;
- Immediate available is a preferable.
