Job Description
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions including monthly payroll calculation, tax returns, final payments, MPF, leave and attendance and other related matters for STORE STAFF;
- Handling and manage staff injury cases, insurance with related parties independently;
- Handle front-line/Back office recruitment activities including candidate Interview, posting job advertisement, interview arrangement, Job fair recruitment etc.
- Liaise with Brand managers to identify their hiring needs/ New shop recruitment require to ensure the operation efficiency;
- Maintain and update Payroll relate data in the HRIS system, employee’s personnel data and leave etc.
- Provide full range administration support, including Memorandum draft, assist staff engagement events, filing, data entry and reports preparation;
- Manage, check and arrange work content for HR subordinate
- Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures will HR Team
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- High Diploma or above in Human Resources / related disciplines
- At least 3 years’ solid experience in payroll and C&B experience in Retail /F&B industry is preferred
- Minimum 1-year relevant EC Case handling experience is must
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Employees' Compensation Ordinance, MPF Regulations and other related legislation
- Self-motivated, responsible, independent, good timely manner with strong analytical skill
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of staff
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Face to rapid environment recruitment needs
- Sizeable Company work experience will be advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
