Job Description

Our client is a leading name in the hospitality industry with a vibrant and unique culture. They are now seeking a superb Personal/Executive Assistant to support their Founder & CEO. The successful candidate thrives on taking the initiative, loves multi-tasking and working autonomously in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle personal matters and related scheduling, and support with personal tasks
  • Manage a busy calendar of meetings, conference calls, and events
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Founder & CEO
  • Act as a ‘gate-keeper’ and interact at all levels within the organisation
  • Prepare and arrange travel itineraries, visa, hotel, and car reservations
  • Coordinate the preparation, proofreading and distribution of reports, agendas, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Process expense claims and reimbursements in line with company policy
  • Manage the filling system and maintain discretion on any confidential information
  • Be flexible and willing to work outside of normal office working hours from time to time
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a varied PA/EA role
  • Excellent English is a must, alongside Cantonese and Mandarin speaking skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills with good telephone manner
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise, multi-task and deal with last minute changes
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to work
