Job Requirements:

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Certification Course for Kindergarten Principal and qualifications recognized by Education Bureau of HKSAR
• English speaking with excellent writing skills and capability in curriculum planning
• At least 3 years solid experience in managing kindergartens in Hong Kong
• At least 5 years solid experience in teaching and handling daily administration work in Early Childhood Education operation
• Works independently with excellent supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player and leadership qualities
• Patient, friendly, outgoing, caring and love working with young children 
• Strong ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Candidates with less qualification and experience may be considered for the Head Teacher post
