• Follow up purchasing orders, delivery arrangement and inventory control
• Liaise and coordinate with suppliers and factories
• Work closely with different departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company
• Provide clerical and administrative support on daily operation
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in purchasing/supply chain or related disciplines
• 1 year relevant experience, preferable in electronics industry
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Detail-minded, hard-working, independent and self-motivated
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate will also welcome
