Our client, a Top-tier PRC investment bank, is now looking for a Receptionist to join them.

Responsibilities

• Perform general reception duties including greeting guests and answering phone calls taking messages etc.;
• Assist in administrative support including organizing office supplies, coordinating meetings, office maintenance etc.;
• Manage incoming and outgoing mails, courier services;
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of guest visits;
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested.

Requirements

• At least 1 years' experience as a Receptionist 
• Good communication skill, energetic, attention to detail
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Flexible, team player and good communication skill
