Guest Services Manager – Hotel Shift Duty (Front Desk Agent)


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations of a boutique hotels, ensuring that guests receive prompt, professional attention, personal recognition, and security patrol to all property, arise safety awareness and measurement
  • Assists Guest Relations and Front Desk in greeting, rooming, and sending seeing off VIP guests
  • Supervises and directs all Guest Services team and resolves problems when necessary
  • Supports and assists Front Office team and communicate with all departments when required
  • Provide training to guest services team to ensure high quality guest services standard
  • Ensuring hotel safety guidelines, procedures, training documentation or management instructions to be followed at all times
  • Inspects front of house and back of house regularly for cleanliness and security and safety related issue
  • Less experience will be considered as Guest Services Supervisor / Guest Services Associate
  • Candidates who are interested in overnight duty, please state in the application

Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience in front office / guest services or related discipline including 2 years’ supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management, or equivalent subjects
  • Highly motivated, strong communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent problem solving with positive attitude
  • Able to work shift duties
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and Front Office System (Opera) is preferable
