Job duties of this Role:

Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives. Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements, primarily by leveraging technology, including the Internet.

  • Engage with HR and Business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives
  • Act as a recruitment subject matter expert and champion Accenture standard delivery solution
  • Be updated with recruitment best practices, channel management activities, potential use of new sourcing channels and techniques
  • Ensure the recruitment process/lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to hire and cost
  • Determine recruitment/selection decision factors and criteria
  • Understand and document specific sourcing requirement and appropriately set hiring manager expectations using data from similar prior searches and externally available talent pool supply information
  • Develop hiring and candidate sourcing approaches include determining and managing the appropriate channels for the most effective solution to meet requirements
  • Review sourced resumes against screening criteria and present screened candidate shortlist to hiring manager for review
  • Monitor and track candidate pipeline and ensure it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies
  • Provide feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and/or directly to candidates.
  • Extend and negotiate offers, managing subsequent employment contract generation

  • Prior work experience on full cycle recruitment management, preferably 4 years or above technology recruitment experience in fast pace work environment
  • Good at proactive candidates sourcing, market insights gathering; good communication skills on written and verbal bilingually (English and Chinese)
  • Result driven and analytical

  • Highly disciplined and efficient but collaborative
  • Open to new experiences, excited by change and ambiguity
