Job Description
- Preparing the regular report to provide better service for clients
- Dealing with client’s calls and emails enquires
- Offering various types of marketing events
- Maintaining a good relationship with existing clients and co-operating with colleagues
Job Requirements
- 5 passes in HKCEE or HKDSE
- Detail-minded, Self-motivated, proactive team player and possess good interpersonal skills
- 1-2 years of working experience with customer service and marketing experience preferred
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Customer service oriented and willing to learn
- IANG and Fresh Graduates are also welcome
