Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the injured worker and co-ordinate with Rehabilitation Professionals to ensure the service cohesiveness
• Interview the injured for an initial health assessment
• Work closely with the injured worker to ensure they fully comply with the Rehabilitation Treatment Plan
• Provide injured worker with the necessary psychological and emotional support in the process
• Discuss and agree the Return-to-Work plan with injured worker based on the advice of the Rehabilitation Professionals
• Work closely with injured worker’s employer on Return-to-Work arrangement

Requirement: 

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in rehabilitation or case management services, with medical / nursing / physiotherapy / occupational therapy / social work background is an advantage
• Experience in counselling or return-to-work coordination is highly preferable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant, flexible and able to work independently
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
