Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update records in HR system;
• Handle full spectrum of recruitment activities including job advertisement posting, arranging interview, and onboard arrangement;
• Update HR and e-Leave system and prepare various kinds of HR reports;
• Update HR policies and prepare circular;
• Responsible for HR functions including company events, arranging medical insurance, documentation, handling business trip expenses claim form, other administrative tasks, etc;
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Human Resources or related discipline;
• Welcome Fresh graduates; 
• Well-versed in the HK Employment Ordinance;
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of English and Mandarin;
• Immediate availability is highly preferable;
• The working location is in Fanling.
