Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for writing, consolidating and analyzing different kinds of reports, minutes and presentations
  • Often writes about different processes and policies
  • Communicate frequently with the Chinese company
  • Assist in all round office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and office supplies, filing, office equipment maintenance, and stationery and pantry’s supplies etc.
  • Provide support to the Senior Management Office
  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements
  • Degree holder in Business, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • 5 years of experience gained from Chinese institutions is an advantage
  • Chinese background is an advantage
  • Excellent computer skills, especially with PowerPoint and MS office
  • Self-motivated as well as strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese especially Putonghua
