- Assist the Sales Team in sales administration and all matters related to IT service, solution, hardware, equipment ordering
- Answer guest enquiries regarding general sales issues
- Liaise with the logistic and warehouse departments about the goods delivery
- Issue license agreement, confirmation and quotation for sales team
- Issue delivery notes, procurement order and communicate with concerned departments
- Check and verify the sales contract/ tender information
- Complete ad hoc admin tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Detailed minded and well organized
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good language skill (Cantonese and English)
- A good team player
