Job Description
Responsibilities
- To assist in handling logistics and conducting talks for the Education & Community Engagement.
- To develop new humane education talks and programmes.
- To take care of administrative work.
- To answer telephone enquiries regarding visits and talks.
- To record and send confirmation for educational talks.
- To prepare income report for educational activities (e.g. seminar, donation, fees for visits).
- To upkeep of the SPCA educational facilities.
- To liaise & coordinate with SPCA staff for the educational events.
- To compile information and research materials related to educational issues.
Requirements
- University educated with at least 2 years’ relevant experience# (Fresh graduate with relevant experience will also be considered).
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Previous experience in coordination work under school setting would be an advantage
- Certificate in Education and Driving license of class 1 & 2 would be an advantage
- Genuine interest in the welfare of all animals.
