Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle customer’s enquiry, follow up purchase order and shipment arrangement

-  Provide sales administrative support to the department

Prepare regular report and analysis for management review

Coordinate with overseas suppliers and sales team

-  Perform general administrative & clerical duties

-  Handle any ad hoc assignments as required


Requirements:
  • Diploma with at least 1 year relevant experience; 
  • Good command in English and Mandarin;
  • Responsible, self-motivated and hard-working;
  • Proficient in PC application (MS word and excel) and Chinese word processing.
  • Immediate available preferable
