- Provide translation for Japanese staffs
- Arrange maintenance works for office / restaurant facilities and equipment
- Handle insurances / licenses application or renewal
- Car services and travel arrangement
- visa application and renewal, maid contracts
- administration support for properties rental
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the Director
- Degree holder or certification in secretarial work or related training
with 3 year working experience - Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent Spoken English, Chinese and Japanese (JLPT N1)
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Immediate available is highly preferred
