Within the company's Asian business support team, this is a key position. In order to assist the development of the firms' systems and frameworks for human resources/human capital management, the job will closely collaborate with the Managing Director, Talent & Growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Help with regional human resources and people's roles and duties on a daily basis.
  • Assist in the efficient delivery of HR operational services throughout the employee life cycle, including onboarding, talent movement, and offboarding.
  • Communicate with an outside company about MPF, payroll, and tax issues (with the potential of taking full responsibility in the future).
  • Maintain staff records and write various forms of staff correspondence.
  • upkeep of personnel records, filing system, and related paperwork. For five places, note and prepare pertinent information (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc) (Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Singapore).
  • To ensure accuracy, consistency, and security, implement data governance in the human resources system.
  • Participate in the implementation and migration of new systems and people.
  • Verify system data accuracy and combine pertinent data from various systems for reporting and analysis needs.

  • Assistance with executive report and presentation preparation, including but not limited to headcount, employee turnover, and trend analysis of the HR sector, etc.
  • To administer HR systems, coordinate with colleagues in worldwide HR and IT.
  • System for administering leave.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding HR reports and data.
  • When tasked, take part in any ad hoc projects or tasks.
  • Assist in organizing staff activities, including the scheduling of training and professional development opportunities.
  • Support hiring processes, such as creating job descriptions, publishing job adverts, setting up interviews, and creating employment contracts.
  • Work closely with the group and the vendors on all types of HR questions.
Qualifications: 
  • 5-7 years of experience in all facets of human resources.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills personable with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong team member and collaborator who is adept at organizing meetings and serving as an efficient link between various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a keen sense of accountability.
  • Independent and proactive with the capacity to adjust to shifting obligations and priorities.
  • Work independently with little supervision. the capacity to plan ahead, be proactive, and solve problems.
  • Enjoys an entrepreneurial environment and a quick pace.
  • Knowledge of assisting, assisting, and helping senior executives in a multinational corporation.
  • Proven capacity to act with the utmost integrity and discretion when addressing delicate situations.
  • An awareness of the best ways to prioritize when working with several stakeholders and busy, occasionally conflicting schedules.
  • Excellent communication abilities in both Chinese and English would be advantageous.
  • Practical knowledge of Asian markets.
