• To be a team member of WMD Operations Department
• To greet all visitors arrival and departure
• To receive and route all incoming calls
• To be responsible for meeting room reservations
• To assure the reception area is neat and in proper order
• To provide office administration support when necessary

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above, with 5 subjects including English, Chinese and Mathematics, at Level 2 / Grade E or above
• Minimum 2-3 years experiences in receptionist job
• Knowledge in banking services or office administration is an advantage
• A good team player and be able to work independent and under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, hardworking, with good sense of responsibility
• Well-organized and have ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines independently
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus
