Eureka is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual for the above position. 

Responsibilities:

• Support HR functions efficiently and effectively including but not limited to manpower planning, payroll, MPF, attendance record, performance management, employee relations
• Perform general administrative duties and provide office support such as procurement and maintenance of office equipment/facilities, replenishment of office supplies, licenses renewal, etc.
• Keep track of staff records, filing system and insurance renewal
• Coordinate company events and marketing activities
• Compile different reports and carry out analyses
• Participate in any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• University degree holder or above in any discipline. Human Resources, Administration or relevant disciplines would be an advantage. 
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude will also be considered 
• Strong team-working, interpersonal and communication skills
• A strong sense of responsibility
• Attentive to details, independent, self-motivated and well-organised
• Highly proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good IT skills
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
