Responsibilities:

In-charge of the facility management, major works include:

1. Manage a variety of facilities, total area is over 150000 sq. ft..

2. Formulate and implement of policy and strategies relating to projects, Alterations, Additions, Repairs and Improvements works.

3. Plan and execute the facility maintenance programme, organize and evaluate the works of maintenance services contractors.

4. Work with the teams on resources management of facilities in accordance with the procurement policies.

5. Liaise with stakeholders regarding space planning and fitting-out works, and maintaining full set of building drawings, space inventory, and oversight of facilities.

6. Liaise with other departments to arrange facility maintenance works at all offices.

 Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Project Management, Building Survey or other related disciplines.
2. Able to lead and manage consultants / contractors.
3. Familiar with building regulations and related statutory requirements.
4. Good experience with fit-out design, and scheme drawings production.
5. Strong leadership and communication skills.
6. Knowledge in using AutoCAD.
7. Holder of Property Management Practitioner (PMP) Licence / Member of Facility Management Professional (FMP) is preferable.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Facility Manager.
