Job Description
A Chinese Based Captive insurance (Reinsurance)Company under a state-owned enterprise (SOE) 國企. They are now looking for #1 a Broker Support and #2 an assistant in Risk Management Department.
#These are new Headcounts, perm Role & non-sales role
Location: Wanchai,中環廣場
#1 a Broker Support
- Follow up on pending cases and enquiries, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, clients
- Operational duties related to renewals and invoicing
- Assist with general admin tasks
- Provide administrative support to our Broker/ Distribution channels in regards of Captive insurance products
- ad-hoc tasks as assigned
#2 an assistant in Risk Management Department.
- Follow up on New cases/ pending cases and enquiries, and liaise with internal stakeholders
- To assist in the follow up of compliance activities and provide feedback on outstanding issues to the compliance officer, e.g.: the Company’s internal policies, procedures, compliance registers;
- To research and execute on independence procedures with respect to existing and prospective products, assist in risk analysis relating to independence matters;
Requirement:
- At least 4+ years working experience with 1 year experience in General Insurance sector.
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- FRM/Legal professional qualifications/CPA Holder is a plus;
- University graduate in Financial Insurance or Risk Management Science or Statistic or related disciplines;
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, native Mandarin speaker preferred;
- Strong PC in MS Power Point, Excel and Chinese word Processing;
- IANG holder and Work Visa holder are welcomed
- Immediate availability preferred
