Our client is a fast growing chained grocery store with over 50 branches in HK.To cope with our fast growth pace, we are looking for Human Resources Officer to join the team.

Duties:

• Be responsible for the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing, interviews arrangement, and offers extension and commencement
• Manage new join on-boarding orientation,
• Provide  support to the training program
• Maintain employee database for report generation, to support the decision making on HR issue
• Assist in organizing and coordinating the company recreational activities 
• Handle ad-hoc project's tasks upon request

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent is an advantage
• 3 years of relevant HR experience gained in sizable organization, FMCG experience is preferred
• Familiarity with social media recruiting
• Strong in interpersonal skills and a team player
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese and English typing
• Short-notice is preferred
