- Sourcing candidates across HK and Greater Bay Area is preferred
- Hiring the Engineering & Digital & I.T. talent is preferred
- Work closely with the hiring managers and HR in order to devise and implement fit-for-purpose talent acquisition approach to address the business and hiring needs;
- Establish effective talent sourcing strategies, including agencies, vendors, industry bodies, universities, social platforms and professional network, to build pipelines of potential applicants across both Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area;
- Plan and coordinate the overall interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, shortlisting, assessments, interviews and reference checks, leveraging technologies or other tools/systems as appropriate to improve the overall efficiency;
- Create and confirm job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position;
- Support and execute the overall employer branding activities and recruitment marketing (e.g. Benefits) to reach the targeted talent pools and attract the right candidates;
- Organise job fairs and recruitment events (online, new generation oriented) to build and enhance Employer brand;
- Develop, monitor and achieve talent acquisition related SLAs and KPIs to monitor the quality of deliverables and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines;
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar roles, ideally with exposure to Greater Bay Area recruitment;
- Experience in hiring the Engineering & Digital & I.T. talent will be an advantage;
- Familiar with social media, talent databases and professional networks;
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, with knowledge in various interview techniques, evaluation methods, Recruitment Software Tools and Applicant Tracking Systems, or Human Capital Management Software;
- Experience in using online platforms such as Linkedln Talent Solutions, WeChat or Google For Jobs to proactively source candidates;
- Proficiency in keeping up with industry trends
- Good command of writing and presentation skills both in English, Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage.
