Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of end-to-end recruitment activities including liaising with different department head to identify selection criteria, candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement, initial application, CV screening, interview arrangement, offer negotiation etc. 
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of hiring needs, developing job descriptions and specifications 
• Manage the job adverts, the qualification of candidates, the interview arrangements and offers to be sent out to candidates 
• Providing recruitment status reports to management
• Source and evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels
• Keep up-to-date of market trend such as talent move, salary trend etc.

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor degree in human resources management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years talent acquisition experience, candidates with mass recruitment experience would be preferable
• Outstanding interpersonal, organizational written/verbal communication skills, attentive to details without losing sight of broader needs/activities 
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to represent the company to prospective candidates and interact with senior management
• Team player, while able to work independently and as an integral member of various teams
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• With Health/Beauty Industry working background is highly preferred
• Less experiences will be considered as Human Resources Officer
• Immediate availability or short notice period are highly preferred
