Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support fundraising related clerical and administrative work
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
- Provide insights on upcoming social media trends
- Ensure warehouse and sites stock accuracy
- Handle customer's enquiry in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain donation reporting and filing system
- Assist in the development of new marketing and fundraising initiatives
- Handle other ad-hoc assignments
- HKDSE or above
- 0-3 years experience in Marketing/Digital Marketing/E-commerce
- Experience in online shop / retail shop management is preferred
- Responsible, self-motivated, outgoing and result-oriented
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English
- Proficient Microsoft office especially in Excel and Chinese word processing
- Genuine interest in the welfare of all animals
