Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources and administrative support including recruitment, employment contract, staff relations, Payroll/ MPF, staff compensation and benefit package, income tax etc  負責整體人力資源之行政支援工作,包括僱傭合約,招聘,人事關係,薪酬及強積金供款,福利及稅務事宜等等。

Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal leave.  記錄所有人仕檔案包括新聘員工,調職,離職,工作類別轉變,績效提高;跟進及記錄員工假期,病假和事假。

Organize company events and staff training.安排及統籌公司活動及員工培訓。

Ad-hoc task assigned by the Company  公司分配的臨時任務

Requirements

Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources or relevant disciplinary  工商管理 /人力資源文憑或相關學科

Minimum 3 years solid working experience in SME office administration, secretarial or human resources role  不少於3年在中小企負責辦公室行政,秘書或人力資源的工作經驗

Hands on experience in office administration and human resources operations will be an advantage   具有辦公室人力資源招聘方面的實際工作經驗會優先考慮

Well-versed in Hong Kong employment law  熟悉香港勞工法例

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures了解辦公室管理系統和程序

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications熟悉使用辦公軟件

Self-motivated, well-organized, good time management and ability to multitask with prioritize daily workload  積極主動,具有良好組織及時間管理能力,能同時處理多項工作,及能夠按緩急先後安排及處理日常工作

Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills 具有良好的團隊合作精神,善於溝通及具有良好人際關係技巧

Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese 中英文讀寫能力良好

年龄:25-40岁最佳

待遇福利 : 
每月$12,000 - $18,000 銀行假期, 交强积金, 年底雙薪;星期一至五: 上午9時至下午6時, 每週工作5天, 每天工作 8 小時
