Job Description

Position  :  Assistant Customer Service Office / Clerk 
Salary      : 16K 
Location :  Kwun Tong 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Customer Service Manager ;
  • Daily performed after sales service - CS activities including answering inquiry by phone calls/Mail of commerce customers;
  • Follow up resolution & keep good relationship with excellent customers;
  • Assist the team for general administration support;

Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above in any subjects 
  • 1 - 3 years working in office customer service experience
  • Good command of English (Spoken & Written ) , Cantonese (Mandarin).
  • Good knowledge in HR , MPF concept is an advantage. 
  • Candidates Less experience OR High Diploma Fresh graduate will consider as Customer Service Clerk  (13K - 14K ).
  • Immediate availability OR short notice candidates is perfectly.
